This Kasbah and Sahara Desert tour allows you to experience beautiful landscapes, magnificent Kasbahs and desert camel treks for 3 days.
You will travel in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle with a private and experienced English-speaking driver / guide for the entire tour.
Half board is included in everything, and the camel trek will take you to a desert night camp. For your convenience, the campsite is equipped with western toilets.
Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Benhaddou - Dades Valley (7 hours)
Greetings at your accommodation, where you will be picked up, then depart Marrakech and travel over the Tizi n'Tichka pass enjoying magnificent views of the High Atlas Mountains and Berber villages. Your journey will take you to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Aït Benhaddou. This beautiful city has been used as a backdrop for more than 20 films, including Lawrence of Arabia, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile and The Gladiator. After lunch, continue to the Valley of Roses and visit the amazing Kasbah of Amerhidil in Skoura, then continue to the Dades Valley where you will spend the night.
Day 2: Dades Valley, Todgha Gorges, Sahara Desert (6 hours)
After breakfast departure for the Todra Gorges. Going up 300 meters you can see nomadic families taking care of their sheep and goats. After lunch in the gorge, travel further into the desert to the beautiful Erg Chebbi sand dunes, where you will walk by camel to the desert camp for the night, enjoy a Moroccan dinner, listen to Berber music, join in to play drums and dance . We will spend the night in a traditional nomadic camel hair tent.
Day 3: Sahara Desert, Ouarzazate, Marrakech (9 - 10 hours)
Get up early to see the sunrise in the desert, head back to your hotel to shower and have breakfast. Then continue to Ouarzazate via the Draa Valley, have lunch along the way and return to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains.
